APC members beg Tinubu to wade into crisis

Supporters of former Lagos Sate Deputy Speaker, Honourable Kolawole Taiwo, who lost his bid to return to the state House of Assembly at the last April 11 election, have cried to the leadership of All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Lagos Sate governor Akinwumi Ambode, to wade into the crisis rocking the party in their constituency which has resulted in the victimisation of some members.

At a press conference held in Badagry, Lagos,Friday, the supporters drawn from across the Badagry Division comprising Ajeromi/Ifelodun Constituency, Badagry and other parts of the division, said their persecutors who had engaged in anti-party activities that led to the “undeserved defeat” of the deputy speaker at the election, were using government machineries to persecute them

According to them, “we have become victims of attack even on our private businesses.’’
