GOVERNOR Emmanuel Uduaghan’s first baptism as a troubleshooter was not as the chief executive of Delta State, but as a Commissioner under the administration of his political tutor and ex-governor, Chief James Ibori, starting from his very first day in public office in 1999. The trial case was the Warri crisis and he remained a principal peace broker for the government until 2006 when he resigned as Secretary to the State Government, SSG, to contest for governorship.

Nollywood stars endorse audio Bible in Nigerian languages
AS July 18 date for the official launch of the Audio Bible in 18 Nigerian languages draws near, Nollywood stars, singers and other celebrities have thrown their weight behind the novel achievement, produced by pastor David Ogudu, General Overseer, G.O of Christos International Worship Centre, Abuja. The event is billed to hold at the Congress Hall of the Nicon Hilton, Abuja.
‘Becoming filmhouse owner requires passion’
Since 2003, Nice has been operating a filmhouse as a way of expressing his passion for the industry. He revealed that he started the business way back in Canada, where he was formerly residing before he relocated to the country few years ago. He’s currently the owner of a single-screen theater located in Surulere area of Lagos, which first opened two years ago.
