The Uche Ahubelem’s Human Development Center, U.A.H.D, has said that it is committed to rising a new generation of great leaders, business tycoons and nation builders. Accordingly, the Center held its first leadership training themed ‘life-proven secrets of success’ in Lagos.

The training geared towards motivating youths to becoming better individuals, discover and maximize their inborn potentials had over a hundred participants. Each interactive session allowed participant to interact with facilitators.

While encouraging participants at the event, the organisers persuaded participators to acquire knowledge, overcome fear and shyness, embrace hard work and be persistent to be successful.

Managing Director of Brickwall Group of Companies and investment Analyst Uche Ahubelem, said “We are raising a new generation of great leaders, business tycoons and nation builders because nation building isn’t about infrastructure but the mental re-orientation of the citizens.

Many who are seeking employment are supposed to be employers of labour but without the right mindset and approach to unlock the multi-billion dollar companies in them. Imagine what the world would be if we all determine to live to our full potential”.

“The problem we have in Nigeria today is because we don’t invest in human capital development, a lot of youths are going wayward and off the track and living the lives that they were not originally meant to live the best thing you can do for a young man is to channel his passion and enable him get to the zenith.”

The highlight of the interactive seminar was the presentation of 20 Ipads to participants who excelled brilliantly while answering questions after the presentations and training sessions. Among them were three others who emerged winner, first and second runner-up who received N300, 000, N100, 000, N50, 000.

Apart from receiving the grand prize N300, 000, the winner also landed a one year internship with Brickwall Group of Companies.
