Ben Bruce vows to raise $1bn for electricity

Ahead of the 2015 general elections, Mr. Ben Murray-Bruce, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, senatorial candidate for Brass-East senatorial district, Bayelsa State, has said that he will raise about $1 billion to provide uninterrupted electricity in his constituency and meet other needs of the masses.
