Delta State All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship candidate, Olorogun O’tega Emerhor, yesterday, promised to rescue Delta State from the stranglehold of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, saying that if voted into power, his government will run the state like a business empire with a human face.

The APC candidate reiterated that the ruling party was bereft of new ideas and has nothing new to offer the people, which was why they are jittery of the opposition and are doing everything possible to make sure that credible elections did not hold in the country.

Emerhor, who spoke in Warri at an interactive session with various support groups and non-governmental organisations in Delta State, said that the PDP can no longer be allowed to plunder the collective wealth of the people of the state, adding that they have crumbled Nigeria with their bad leadership.
