Ahead of the March 28 presidential election, First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, has called on the Blessing Oborevwori-led Jonathan/Sambo Campaign Organisation in Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State, to ensure that the group delivers majority votes in the state to President Goodluck Jonathan in the election.

She expressed appreciation for the great work the group has been doing in the state to ensure President Jonathan’s election.

Dame Jonathan made the call during her visit to the group in Orerokpe, headquarters of Okpe council, just as Mr Oborevwori gave kudos to the President for deeming it fit to come to Delta State himself to reconcile the various factions and aggrieved persons of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in order to make the task of ensuring the victory of the President easy for the group and the state chapter of the PDP, at the presidential election.
