MESSRS Rainbow Town Development Limited, a Port Harcourt-based leading real estate development company and developers of the famous Rainbow World Estate located in Trans-Amadi business corridor of Port Harcourt, recently hosted investors to a one day subscribers’ forum in Port Harcourt with a promise to deliver quality service to the subscribers.

Rainbow World is Nigeria’s flagship urban renewal scheme that re-images and transforms a blighted neighbourhood in metropolitan Port Harcourt, Rivers State, into a regenerated brand of premium mixed-use community of residential, commercial, healthcare, educational and recreational facilities set in a contemporary urban environment.

The forum was organised with the goal to show to the subscribers the current state of the project which has recorded nearly eighty percent completion and the extent of development of the residential estate now in its second phase.

He further highlighted that it was crucial to demonstrate to existing subscribers that the project has reached a very substantial level with phase one completed and work seriously ongoing on the phase 2. “This forum, provided an opportunity for current subscribers and interested investors to undertake a facility tour within the estate and ask important questions to which satisfactory answers were provided”, Ucheya noted.
