Give God high praise

By Johnson Omomadia
Every situation in your life will bow down to praise. Praise brings God into any situation. The bible says that God inhabits the praises of His people. The moment God inhabits any situation He manifest His presence and sovereignty. Thus the contrary situation will give way for glory to be made manifested.

The scripture says in Psalm 149:6-7. “Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two –edged sword in their hand. To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people”. Your victory is in your praise.

Whatever cannot stop God cannot stop you. The devil is afraid of your praise and will do all to stop you from giving God high praise. If you want to secure God’s company in the midst of any conflict, just release yourself to praise and God will be there in person.

When praise is in place, God’s presence is compelled. When God comes on the scene, every devil gives way. Ps. 68:1-2, “Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him. As smoke is driven away so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God”.

The presence of God is the downfall of your enemies. Provoke His presence through high praises. I am not talking about singing but real praise.

Look at the mountain before you and bring them down through praise. Praise is a God- given weapon in your hands, with which to humiliate Satan. When you ether into the realm of high praise, none of your enemies is safe anymore. It brings down walls of Jericho in your life. It makes your enemies to wonder what is going on because they cannot understand what you are doing.

When you sing praises and give Him thanks, then your eyes shall see your desire on your enemies. Psa. 92:11 says “Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me”. Rise up and give God high praises. Dance, jump and shout before Him. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal. They are mighty through God, to the pulling down of strongholds. All that are incensed against you shall be put to shame.

You must get to a point in your life where Satan knows that your heart cannot be broken. Look for reasons to continually rejoice. Apostle Paul was in prison yet he wrote to the brethren “rejoice again I say rejoice.

Are you looking for a job, rejoice over the fact that you are a candidate. Are you believing for a marriage partner? Thank God that you are fit to be considered for marriage. Is it a child you want? Thank God that you are a candidate for motherhood. What if your car or house caught fire? Thank God you are not the one that caught fire.

Bitterness or being sorrowful does not produce positive results. Ask Hannah in 1 Sam 1:15-18. As long as Hannah was sorrowful, she remained barren. But when she gave room for joy God visited her. Let go of that bitterness and sorrow. There are still more greater things ahead. Things that eyes have not seen, ears have not heard neither has it entered into the heart of man the things that God has prepared. Give God high praises right now. Go ahead and make the devil mad. Your testimonies will break forth. Don’t let the devil shut up your mouth. If you let him, he will take your possession. Don’t look at your circumstances rather give God high praises and before you know it, joy will overtake you. Listen, joyful people never fail because they always see a glorious future that keeps them excited. Jesus was excited about the future because of the joy that was set before Him.

Everything that ties you down in depression, sorrow, bitterness of heart or broken heartedness, I curse them now, in Jesus name. god bless you, our great nation Nigeria and President Goodluck Jonathan.

Have you given your life to Jesus? If not, please pray this prayer. Father, I come to you as I am. I invite Jesus into my life to be my personal Lord and Saviour. Wash me cleanse with the blood of Jesus and empower me with the power of your Holy Spirit. Thank you Father for saving my soul and making me your child.
