Chairperson of the Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the APC convention and Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Mrs. Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire, Wednesday warned non-delegates to stay away from the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, Lagos, venue of the party’s Presidential primary.

Orelope-Adefulire, who gave the warning at the convention ground, said that rather than crowd the entrance, they (non-delegates) should stay at home or concentrate on their business.

She said,  “they will not be allowed to gain entrance into the premises because we have stationed security officials at the entrance to ensure that only those who are delegates are allowed in.

On the election, Orelope-Adefulire said, ” It has been designed in a way that a popular candidate will emerge in a transparent manner.”

She, however, expressed optimism “that the will of God will prevail and a leader who will benefit the country will emerge. I pray that the person who will emerge  will address the challenges confronting the nation.”
