BENIN CITY—AHEAD the 2015 general elections in Edo state, All Progressives Congress, APC, youth in Edo South yesterday, endorsed the Chief of Staff to Governor Adams Oshiomhole, Mr. Patrick Obahiagbon (Igodomigodo), as their candidate for the Edo South senatorial primaries of APC.

The youths urged the leadership of the APC in the South to give Obahiagbon their support, due to what they described as his “outstanding performance when he was in the House of Representatives.

A statement by Kola Edokpaiyi, and Iyamu Osaro, said “no reasonable Edo man will detest the fact that Obahiagbon’s voice was loud and clear in agitating the right of the common man during debates on the floor of the House. Also, he has demonstrated absolute loyalty to his party APC and to the Edo state government where he is currently a serving Chief of Staff.”
