A leading Peoples Democratic Party Gubernatorial aspirant in Delta State Sir Tony Obuh has congratulated the newly elected President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick and his executive board over their recent elections in Warri.

In his message, Obuh, said, Amaju’s track record in Delta State was enough to raise expectations among Nigerians and charged him to live up to expectations. Obuh sent the following words to Amaju:

He charged the newly elected NFF boss to bring his wealth of experience to bear in the management of the Glass House as Nigerians expect the best from his executive.

“Your exposure and good rapport with the corporate world have been instrumental to your success in Delta State. It is expected that your sustained relationship with corporate Nigeria will widen the horizon for the game in Nigeria and usher in a new era in corporate sponsorship of Nigerian football.”
