WARRI—Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta State is expected to lead the state government and people of Udu Kingdom, Udu Local Government Area of the state, to celebrate elder statesman Ambassador G.  Sefia who turns 88 tomorrow.

Elegbete Moses Odibo, a former commissioner in the state, in a statement in Warri, said that a reception in honour of the celebrant is scheduled to hold at the Ovwian Primary School, Ovwian, in Udu council. Former Information Minister, Prof. Sam Oyovwaire, is to chair the occasion with several commissioners, party elders and chieftains of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in attendance

Chief Sefia, an elder of the PDP in Delta State is the current Chairman of Delta Elders Forum.
