An aspirant for Delta State governorship ticket, Chief Clement Ofuani, has declared that his administration will put the people first if he is given the mandate to govern the state in 2015.

Chief Ofuani, who was the pioneer commissioner for Economic Planning in Delta State, said that in his travels through the state, he found that despite the ethnic and cultural peculiarities, the desires and aspirations of Deltans are essentially the same.
