Chairman of NFF Disciplinary Committee and Secretary of South East football stakeholders conference, Barrister Iyke Igbokwe has called on all Nigerians to prevail on Chris Giwa to immediately vacate the NFF Secretariat.

Igbokwe argued that Giwa was illegally elected and should give way to the genuine President of the Nigeria Football Federation which election comes up in Abuja on September 4.

‘’Nigerians should ask Chris Giwa who elected  him. This is because 39 out of 44 voting delegates such as the Nigeria Referees, Coaches Association, Players Union, the Nigerian  major leagues(4) and 33 state football Association who should vote in any NFF board election, are saying that they did not elect him. Who then elected Giwa?’’, Igbokwe asked.
