All Progressive Congress, APC, governorship hopeful in Lagos, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, has commended young Nigerians who have not allow the socio-economic and political circumstances in the country  to weigh them down, but have use the challenges to motivate themselves.

He spoke at La Roche Leadership Foundation to recognize and celebrate some exceptional youths in Lagos at an event tagged “The Chosen Youth” which held at the Astroturf 2000 in Ikoyi, Lagos.

The event recognized the efforts of 11 youths who have contributed immensely to the development of their communities in the areas of Youth & Sports, Tourism, Social Media, Entertainment and Fashion.

Speaking at the event, Ambode the founder of La Roche said: “Today we recognise young people who have challenged the status quo and charted a course for themselves.”
