The management of Peterson Zachonis, PZ Cussons, owners of the Thermocool brand said they are committed to the Nigeria vision as it celebrates 40 years of doing business.

The Chairman/ CEO of the company, Christas Ganapolos, while speaking to newsmen in Lagos, stated that when the company started operation in 1974 in Nigeria, the it was aware of the potential and value it  would bring to the   Nigeria market. “We saw the need, the desire of Nigerians to enjoy life; run their businesses and personal chores with relative ease. As an innovative company, we sought to fulfil these needs by providing products that were technology relevant in that era and even surpassing it.”

According to him, “since the 1970s Nigerian consumers have trusted the Thermocool brand and have selected it as their preferred choice for white goods. The rich history behind these 2 brands – PZ Cussons & Thermocool has been responsible for the successes recorded over the years, and that is why we are expressing our commitment to the country in terms of delivering quality products.”

Continuing he said: “from a global perspective, Thermocool has truly earned its stripes as a remarkable brand doing remarkable things across several continents and aligning with the peculiarities of these markets in catering to the specifics needs of its audience.”
Forty years of heritage and experience have shaped Thermocool’s understanding of the peculiar needs of the Nigerian family; this is translated into innovative products that improve the quality of life of our customers. He noted.

Also speaking, Managing Director of the company, Mr. Panos Katsis, said: “We are glad to have been able to satisfy our customers in Nigeria in the past 40 years. It has been a journey of success and mutual benefits nurtured by our values as an innovative company and our understanding of the demand of our esteemed customers”.
