OWERRI—South East loyalists of former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, have challenged the Federal Government to show more seriousness in the fight against the growing level of insecurity in the country.

The group, which is acting under the umbrella union of Turaki East Alliance, TEA, made the appeal at a press conference in Owerri yesterday.
Speaking on behalf of the pressure group, the Coordinator, Comrade Peter Akubuo, expressed shock at the manner over 100 female students were recently abducted in Borno State.
