Chief Isaac Osemoike, the Onotu Uku of Igbuku, in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, has lauded Governor Emmnanuel Uduaghan over the commissioning, of their water project by Dr. Chris Oghenechovwen, state Commissioner for Water Resources.
He said the water project was abandoned in 2005 by a contractor.
