In a chat with Celebrity Tummy Talk, the Abeokuta, Ogun State-born dude who is also a younger brother to ace comedian Gbenga Adeyinka opens up on his love for indigenous foods even after spending some years abroad. Enjoy.

What do you usually take for breakfast?
I take a glass of water followed by a cereal usually corn flakes. At times, I take coffee  instead of water.

After  spending many years abroad, do you take indigenous food?
Africa is blessed with nutritious and delicious foods that even after staying abroad for that long, I cannot do without indigenous food. I am an African man and I will always eat African foods especially foods peculiar to the Yoruba  people.

What is your best local food?
My best food is food. I love all foods.

Are you saying you do  not have a favourite?
Well I do. My favourite food is amala with gbegiri and ewedu with goat meat. I can prepare amala and ewedu but I am yet to master cooking of gbegiri. Back then at the States, I cook for the family during festivals and I still cook when I am free.

What about fruits?
Yes, my favourite fruit remains pineapple, although I take apple every day to keep the doctor away alongside with pineapple.

How often do you exercise?
I visit the gym at least three times a week where I spend not less than two hours to exercise.
