Unperturbed by the danger of an outbreak of fire, some residents of Ijegun Imoren, Oriade Local Council Development Area of Lagos State were seen scooping oil from vandalised pipelines that had become a pool of fuel in the area, in these photos exclusively obtained by Vanguard, yesterday.

It would be recalled that 6years ago , a pipeline fire killed many people and destroyed property worth millions of naira at Ijegun.
