An alleged mastermind and prime suspect of Monday bomb explosion at Miracle Sand Beach in Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos State,which killed the chairman of Sand Dredgers Association, Chief Oladele Pius, and injured a Police Inspector, has been arrested.
