Richbon Nigeria Ltd, a leading automobile and construction equipment distributor in Nigeria, is set to launch the XGMA brand of construction equipment into the  market. The product Launch scheduled for December  5,  2013, at the company’s corporate headquarters on Oshodi Apapa Expressway, Lagos is expected to attract crème de la crème in the construction and mining industry in Nigeria.

Richbon Nigeria Ltd popularized the SINOTRUK brand of trucks which is one the fastest selling truck brand in Nigeria in  2011 and 2012 respectively.

According to Mr. Edmund Okwu, General Manager, Richbon, the introduction of XGMA product into the country, will bring soccour to the Nigerian construction industry and bring an end to the era of used construction equipment. “These used equipment, most times, impedes on the performance of federal and state government contractors and affect the quality of their deliverables and this also affects socio economic development,” he stated.

Continuing he said, “with the introduction of the budget friendly, attractive, energy-saving and eco-friendly XGMA range of construction equipment such as wheel loaders, bulldozers, excavators, forklifts, graders, rollers, the problems associated with the use of “tokunbo” equipment with its inherent astronomical price, would soon become a thing of the past, he stated. Construction companies and mining companies would have no need to purchase fairly used construction equipment since the XGMA products are stronger, yet more affordable than these used and obsolete construction equipment.
