The Omabtse Militia group in Nasarawa State has accused the state governor, Alhaji Umaru Al-Makura of allegedly visiting its shrine on several occasion even after the government had proscribed the organisation.
Ombatse’s Legal Adviser, Mr. Zamani Zaphania Alumaga, made this known, weekend, shortly after filing a suit challenging the constitution of a judicial panel of inquiry on Ombatse by the state government at a Lafia High Court.
“The governor sent his permanent secretary Ministry of Health, Alhaji Muhammad on February 2, 2013 to represent him at the re-opening session of the Ombatse prayer group”.
