Lagos—Three men were, remanded in prison custody pending the legal advice from the office of the Director of Public Prosecution, DPP, by an Ikeja Magistrate’s Court over alleged armed robbery.

The suspects are Ovie Okpaleye 22; John Samuel, 22 and Kabiru Ajenifija, 28.

The defendant, who were arraigned before Magistrate Sule Hamzat, are facing a four-count charge bordering on conspiracy, armed robbery and stealing preferred against them by the police.

Hamzat adjourned the matter till October 30 for mention.
