TO stem the tide of insecurity brewing in many parts of the country, the Presidential Committee on Insurgency and Conflict Resolutions will meet with Yoruba Unity Forum (YUF) next week.

At the meeting, Yoruba leaders and members of the panel will  discuss the committee’s efforts and progress made so far.

Confirming the meeting, YUF Secretary-General, Senator Anthony Adefuye, said in a Statement that the gathering would also brainstorm on constructive ways to gainfully move the nation forward.

Before the meeting holding at Eko Hotel and Suites, the YUF would meet at the late Chief Obafemi Awolowo’s residence, Ikenne, Ogun State on August 29 to discuss the state of the nation and relevance of the Yoruba in the nation’s governance.
