Harambee Stars plan hostile reception for Eagles

BY PATRIC OMORODION
There are strong indications that Kenyan football authorities have perfected plans to frustrate the Super Eagles when they go for the second leg of the 2014 World Cup qualifier against the Harambee Stars of Kenya.

Reports reaching Sports Vanguard have it that the Eagles would meet a hostile reception from their hosts who have sworn to do everything possible to frustrate the African champions.

A message from the Nigerian High Commission in Nairobi warned the Nigerian Football Federation of an impending hostile reception by their hosts and that they should do everything to ensure the Super Eagles are psychologically prepared for what they would meet in Nairobi.

The Kenyans who rattled the Eagles in Calabar in the first leg and nearly pulled an upset on the African Champions have repeatedly vowed to to make life miserable for the Nigerians.

They had alleged that the Nigerian Football Federation treated them badly during their arrival in Lagos where they complained of a low quality accommodation.
