AWKA—AS the 2014 governorship election inAnambraState draws nearer,  a pressure group, the Forum 99, consisting of members and supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has commended the recent pronouncement by Governor Peter Obi that the next governor of the state would come from Anambra North senatorial zone.

In a statement inOnitshayesterday, the group said it was also delighted that most of the people in the state supported the rotation of the office of governor amongst the three senatorial zones at the just concluded public sessions on the review of the 1999  constitution organised by members of the National Assembly.
