As women at the helms of affair continue to excel in Nigeria, Mrs Nwamaka Onyeji, has also continued to discover and groom several talented youths thereby  creating a charity in entertainment.

The Deputy Manager of Swagger Records, who has been discovering talented artistes for the past seven years has transformed the record company to a unique one since its formation three years ago.

According to Chukwuma, the managerial skill was learnt from her upbringing and the need to assist the thousands of  talented youths  in Nigeria.

She also disclosed that her motives were being replicated by the acting manager of her company, Patrick Ochei, who was a former dancer and producer who had experiences with Star Mega Jamz and Benson and Hedges concerts.

“For me, it is important to contribute my quota in the development of the Nigerian youths.

Although our industry is segmented to entertainment, I will continue to assist the talented youths in all ramifications. It is a great pleasure to be among those who reduce unemployment.

“By discovering talented youths, and signing them to Swagger records, we can also become an entertainment company which is involved in charity.

With this synergy, the youths will have a sense of belonging and it will pave the way for others in the industry to emulate.
