Messrs Briscoe Properties Limited, a subsidiary of R.T.Briscoe (Nigeria) Plc last week, unveiled its latest housing estate, an 18-unit service apartment known as Heliconia Court. The gated estate  is located along Connal Road, Off Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba.

Heliconia Court which consists of  terrace houses with a gym and swimming pool,  was created using two designs of terrace units on two and three levels, which is repeated in various configurations on three blocks.

The Type A terrace which is built on three levels has three en-suite bedrooms and a study, two living rooms and an en-suite maids room with a master bedroom while the  Type B is constructed on two levels. They have three en-suite bedrooms and two living rooms. The European fitted kitchens installed in the apartments come with floor and wall mounted cabinets, extractor hood, oven and hob.

Speaking at the unveiling, the Chairman of the company, Mr. Oluseyi Onajide said that Heliconia Court is the second estate to be delivered by the company. The company has the mission to constantly deliver quality houses without compromise, he informed.

The first estate built by the company was Aloe Vera Court located in Maryland, Lagos while plans are afoot to begin work on its third residential estate.

The managing director of the company, Mrs Folasade Huhes, an architect  said  Heliconia Court is a fully serviced estate with dedicated transformer, borehole, water treatment plant and generator as well as  ample parking spaces with landscaped areas.
