LUXURY all the way or did you say luxury unlimited. Whichever way you put it, that is the best way to describe the Mercedes Benz S-Class, the benchmark for measuring top-end luxury cars. According to Mercedes Benz, the S-Class has become a role model and a showcase car for the entire automotive industry.

The diesel version of the S-Class comes in four and six cylinders, characterised by power, refinement and efficiency while the petrol version are available in six, eight and twelve cylinder. The petrol engine combine intense driving pleasure with low environmental impact more effectively than ever.

The V6 and V8 engine with direct injection set the standard in terms of efficiency and performance.

The flagship model, the 12-cylinder S600 offers refinement, spontaneous power delivery and sublime sound. This engine achieves its peak torque of 830Nm before reaching 200rpm and it takes it just 4.6 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100km/h.

The 8-cylinder version is very economical with fuel having achieve fuel reduction by 15 per cent when compared to the predecessor model. It accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in just 5.0 seconds while the 6-cylinder power unit has an output 225kw with a peak torque of 370Nm at 350rpm.

The S-Class transmissions have been optimised with your needs firmly in mind, whatever your driving need. The 7G-Tronic and 7G-Tronic Plus is available with the V6, V8 engines as well as the 4-cylinder engine. These transmission systems are controlled by means of direct select lever on the steering column.

The 12 cylinder engine version of the S-Class however comes with 5-speed automatic transmission, delivering the right amount of power for every situation.

The luxury in the S-Class is complete. The seat in the S-Class meet the very latest requirements in terms of ergonomic design, comfort and safety. The active multicontour seats with massage and dynamic handling function as well as NECK-PRO luxury head restraint offer the drive and front passenger an exceptional degree of comfort, even on longer trip.
