ASABA—GOVERNOR Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta State, yesterday, said the second South-South Economic Summit, taking place in Asaba, the state capital, will showcase the various business opportunities open to investors outside oil in the state.

He said the state was ready to host the world class summit.

Governor Uduaghan also denied speculations that the summit would be another jamboree intended to play to the gallery, adding that the airport itself was one land mark achievement to exhibit at the event, billed to commence tomorrow, through Saturday.

The summit will be declared open tomorrow by President Goodluck Jonathan. President Paul Kagame of Rwanda will deliver the keynote address. Dignitaries expected to speak at the summit, includes Nobel Laureate, Prof. Wole Soyinka, among others.
