Despite losing its fourth defeat in a row and sixth of the season during mid-week  to Kaduna United, Rising Stars of Akure team supiversor, Fisayo Akinkuade is optimistic his side will bounce back in their next game against Enyimba of Aba this weekend.

In chat with Inside Out Premier League after the encounter, Akinkuade said that fatigue caused their loss and will play as a wounded lion against high flying Enyimba.

“I don’t think we have played badly in our away matchesso far this team, we have been so unlucky on the road. Traveling for much away matches allow fatigue to set into the team, we have also tackled many challenges at our away matches, we are a new team with young set of players playing in the topflight and aiming to retain our NPL status.

I am very sure the team will come out strong and better from the present situation, It is a phase and we must make sure we take care of it in a professional way” Akinkuade told Inside Out Premier League.

“I think Enyimba should be more worried about us because we are coming down as wounded lion into the game in Aba.We have picked point on the road this season and we can repeat that in Aba on Sunday. Enyimbagot pedigree with large squad couple with highly respected technical crew but Ican assure our fans back home that we are going to give them a fight for theirmoney on Sunday,” Akinkuade stressed.
