OSOGBO – National Chairman of Action Congress of Nigeria,ACN, Chief Bisi Akande, has blamed the crisis in the country on the over concentration of power at the centre.
Speaking at his country home, Ila-Orangun, yesterday, Chief Akande stated that peace would continue to elude the country until the Federal Government decentralised power to other federating units to function.
Speaking against the backdrop of incessant attacks by Boko Haram sect in some parts of the country, ACN Leader noted that it was a sign of dissatisfaction and anger with the Federal Government.
His words :”Boko Haram issue is a sign of dissatisfaction , its a sign of anger on the part of the vibrant youths of this country against the government. It is a silent revolution that may engulf. the whole nation if the Federal government did not act fast .
According to him the crowd surrounding President Goodluck Jonathan had no any good idea to transform this country from the present level to a better height .
