AWKA—ANAMBRA State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Mr. Dubem Obaze, has said the state government does not interfere with allocations of the 21 local government areas of the state, insisting that their monies were used to execute projects in their councils.

Obaze, who was addressing journalists in Awka, said the concern of government was to ensure that no money was misappropriated as was the situation in the past.
