Newly appointed manager of the Super Eagles, Stephen Keshi has looked inwards and invited Nigeria Premier League hot shot, Jude Aneke to replace injured West Bromwich Albion striker, Osaze Odemwingie who has been ruled out of the two international friendly matches between Zambia and Botswana.

Aneke, a Kaduna United goal monger, who has emerged Nigeria’s all-time highest goal scorer having netted 20 goals this season, with two matches to go, will welcome the new development as life-time opportunity to impress the new Super Eagles gaffer who will be overseeing the team for the first time after taking over from Samson Siasia who was sacked after failing to qualify the the team for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.

Aneke was recently decamped by the Nigeria Olympic team coach, Austin Eguavoen in preference for a Bangladesh-based player
