Joseph Liberty Foundation will be commissioning its Ikoyi Prison Music School, Borehole and modern toilets constructed for use by the prison inmates.

The event, which holds on Friday, December 2, at Ikoyi Security Prison, will have Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo as Special Guest of Honour, to be assisted by eminent Nigerians.

The chairman of the Foundation, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, in a statement in Lagos, weekend, said that 18 of 42 students of the music school will be graduating on the occasion.
