UGHELLI-CHAIRMAN of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Ughelli South Local Government Area, Delta State, Chief Vincent Oduaran, has been recalled to office.

Oduaran was asked to vacate office on August 1, 2011. His recall was contained in a letter by Administrative Secretary of the state PDP, Elder Charles Nwarache.

Nwarache, in the statement, Sunday, said: “Following your plea for recall to office as party chairman, Ughelli South council, sequel to your ongoing suspension, and after due consideration of the matters involved, the state working Committee at its meeting of September 20, 2011 resolved to take a second look at the matter and had approved your recall to office as Chairman, Ughelli South council, with effect from the same day.

“You are accordingly forgiven and enjoined to be of exemplary conduct in the discharge of your duties.”
