With four days to their decisive 2012 African Nations Cup qualifier, Guinea continue to leave the NFF in the dark regarding their itinerary. NFF Spokesman Ademola Olajire told KickOffNigeria.com that numerous entreaties by the federation have been ignored.
”Guinea have yet to respond to several inquiries by the Nigeria Football Federation on the contingent’s day and time of arrival,” Olajire said.
The team have been booked to stay at Hotel de Bently, Utako, Abuja.
While the Guineans are keeping their itinerary a state secret, officials for Saturday’s game will arrive in the Federal Capital, Abuja on Wednesday.
Match Commissioner, Souleymane Magassouba from Mali, will fly into Lagos aboard an ASKY Airline flight at 3pm, alongside the match referees from Cote d’Ivoire. All five will then be airlifted to Abuja aboard Air Nigeria flight in the evening of same day.
The centre referee is Ivorian Doue Normandiez, with his compatriots Yeo Songuifolo, Bayere Moussa and Dembele Denis as 1st Assistant, 2nd Assistant and 4th Official respectively.
The Security Officer for the game, Cameroonian Abel Mbengue, will fly into Lagos aboard an Air Nigeria flight from Douala at 8pm on Thursday, and then connect Abuja on Friday morning.
