Umuahia-ABIA Territory of NIPOST has decried the poor condition of roads in the state, saying that it is hampering the smooth delivery of its services to the rural areas.

Besides, NIPOST said that the poor condition of the roads was causing great damage to their vehicles, even as they lamented low patronage of their postal boxes.

Area Postal Manager of the Territory, Mrs. Lorretto Nwakanma, who disclosed this yesterday while speaking at this year’s World Post Day and celebration of the territory’s valuable customers, noted however that in spite this problem, NIPOST in the state ensures that it delivers mails to every part of the state.
