200 Glo zones underway

OVER 200 Glo Zones are to be rolled out within the next two years.

The head of Territory West 2 of Globacom Nigeria Limited, Mr. Dimeji Amoo, said this in Ikare-Akoko, Ondo State at the inauguration of the Glo Zone centre in the town.

Amoo pointed out that the planned 200 Glo Zones would further enhance telephone  service delivery and also ensure that the vision of the founder of the organization, Mike Adenuga, comes to reality.

He said the plan was to make telephone services available even in the remotest parts of the country.

According to him, with the inauguration of the Glo Zone in Ikare-Akoko, Globacom became the first telecommunications operator to bring customer services to Akokoland.

He explained that the new centre would provide effective customer service to the people of Ondo north senatorial district.

According to him, almost all the services being provided at the head office of the organization could be done at the Glo Zone.

He stated that services like correction of damaged recharged cards, SIM registration, Blackberry operations, international roaming and more were available in the cenre.
