Robbers, Saturday, invaded the Idimu home of Mr. Rafiu Iyile, Vanguard Newspapers’ Deputy Circulation Manager.

The gunmmen made away with, among other things, his official car, a dark-blue Dacia Logan saloon car, with number plate SH 841 AAA, engine number: UD07830 and chassis number: UU1LSDAHH39462346.

Iyile said: “They came for the banker living in a flat in the compound because they kept calling his name. It was when it became clear that he was not at home that they turned to my own flat.

“They broke into my flat, demanded for money but because I had nothing in the house, they beat up myself, my wife and children and made away with my official car, laptop, phones and other valuables.”

The incident was reported at Idimu Police Station.
