PAC intensifies on-line communication on security

The Police Assistance Committee, PAC, and its affiliate, Association of Tradesmen and Artisans, have urged all their executive members to open direct communication on-line with security agencies in the country for easier dissemination of information in secrecy for crime prevention.

At its exco-members national conference in Lagos, the organization urged all chairman, secretary and public relations officers of trade associations to always forward intelligence gathering and vital crime detection information to the police and other security agencies like the SSS, EFCC, ICPC, NAFDAC, NDLEA etc, for easy communication process.

In a communiqué issued at the end of the 2-day conference, and signed by the group Public Relations Officer, Mr. Isaiah Richards, the group enjoined its members to liase with the various security agencies through their zonal offices nation-wide.

It instructed members to conduct their operations with high level of discipline and decorum and with utmost determination to join hand with others to address the security challenges confronting the country.
