Clerics, educationists, engineers, have charged graduating students of Leadcity High School, Jericho Ibadan, to be responsible ambassadors.

The call came at the school’s end of session activities, awards and graduation ceremony where the students performed drama, violin pieces, poems recitation, taekwondo display, presentation on malaria and Bible reading.

Director of the school, Mrs.Taiwo Owoeye, in a chat with the media asked the graduands to hold on to good habits they imbibed while in the school and be good ambassadors of the school wherever they go.

While the outgoing school head boy, Fisayo Olashore, in his speech called on the students of the school to get the more committed to reading by stating that “those that read have brighter future than those who do not”, the outgoing school head girl, Josephine Anyah, charged them “to strive for best in all /your endeavours and cooperate with your teachers.”

Chaplain of Chapel of Peace and Joy, Rev Dele Shotonwa, charged them to imbibe the habit of determination, discipline and diligence and do the right thing at the right time.“Continue from where you stopped…every one aims to get to the top and stand out… to be among these ones you have to be determined … road to the top is never easy. You need humility as you go, also pray for favour…”
