BUENOS AIRES – (AFP) – Uruguay striker Luis Suarez, who scored in the 3-0 Copa America final victory over Paraguay on Sunday, was named the tournament’s best player.
The 24-year-old Liverpool attacker, who finished the tournament with four goals, was voted the top player by a panel of journalists.
