BY VICTOR AHIUMA-YOUNG

Association of Electricity and Allied Companies, SSAEAC, has condemned the suicide bomb attack on the Police Headquarters  and called on President Goodluck Jonathan to evolve a new security blueprint to address to
the high rate of insecurity in the country.

Speaking on the bomb blast, yesterday, SSAEAC’s President Comrade Bede Opara, argued that there was urgent need for President Jonathan to re-appraise the nation’s security system to meet international standard.

He said: “We urge President Jonathan to urgently re-appraise the nation’s security system through re-designing a new blue print to upgrade the intelligence units, to be more sophisticated to meet international standard.
“We believe that the Federal Government has a big problem on its hand and we therefore, advised that intelligence gathering was one of the only way to address the problem”.
