Uduaghan commissions N170m council projects

GOVERNOR Emmanuel Uduaghan yesterday commissioned four legacy projects of the Warri south council Chairman, Mr. Mofe Edema and commended him for a job well done as proof of his stewardship to the peoples of the council area.
