*Voting Procedure
*There will be an accreditation to verify that everyone who presents a voter’s card is on the voters’ register. accreditation will take place from 8 am to 12 pm.

*After accreditation, there will be a 30 minute break to prepare for voting and inform voters about the voting procedure.
*At 12.30 pm, the queue for voting will be formed and a physical headcount taken – verification that each person in the queue has been accredited will take place.
*Voters on the queue shall approach the table one at a time, receive the ballot paper, proceed to the secluded voting cubicle and indicate the candidate/party of their choice for the election with a thumb print. Voters
will then come to the ballot box placed in the full view of those assembled and drop the marked ballot paper.
*When two elections are held on the same day, each voter will receive two ballot papers, one for each election and mark them accordingly.
*Physically challenged voters may be accompanied into the secluded voting cubicle if they so request.
*Voting will continue until the last person on the queue has voted.
*After voting has ended, voters may remain to see the counting of the votes.
Vote Counting
*The total number of votes cast should not exceed the number of accredited voters at that polling unit; if it does, the results for that center will be automatically nullified.
*After the results are tallied, the appropriate forms are filled, copies given to party agents and other official observers at the center, and one copy is pasted at the polling center.
