Obesere, DJ Zeez, ready for Dagrin carnival

Dagrin may have spent only a little time in the music industry, but the  impact he left behind remains unequalled.

In the less than three years he  hit  the top as  a musician, Dagrin  recorded more successful collaborations with other musicians than his  contemporraies   in the industry today.

Gone with the wind after the ghastly  accident that terminated  his flourishing career, his life and times is being recaptured  in a movie produced by Stingomania Records.

And as part of activities lined up by the organistion to hasten the release of the movie, it plans a music carnival in conjuction with the late artiste’s record label Misofunyi Entertainment.

Billed for Thursday, 21st April at the National Stadium (Gymnasium hall), the carnival is expected to feature some of the hottest youngsters in Nigerian entertainment industry.

Some of the superstars scheduled to perform at the carnival include Olamide, DJ Zeez, Naeto C, KSB, Jaywon, YQ, Goldie, Edreez Abdulkareem and Sheyman.

Others are General Pype, Trybson Dudukoko, Baba Nee, Kas, Flavour,  Obesere and PK1st.

Also lined up for the night will be awards for the Best Dagrin Look-alike, Best Dagrin Tribute Song, Best Dagrin Collabo Song and Best Dagrin Collabo Video, Best Yoruba Rap, Best English Rap Artiste, Best Upcoming Hip-hop Artiste and Best Upcoming Entertainer of the year.
