construction of the second phase of the property. The Managing Director of Delta Mega Trend Limited, the company handling the project, Mr Sam Ogrih said the Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan is expected to commission the project on a yet to be announced date. Ogrih who briefed newsmen at the project site, explained that all the three bedroom bungalows in the first phase have been fully paid for. The 25-units of three bedroom bungalows in the completed phase, according to Ogrih are well laid with customized inter_locking stones from front to the backyard. The estate is fitted with imported furniture in the kitchen and the three rooms. He said there is a central water system to all the bungalows and constant electricity supply.

“We structured the estate into zones. We have the bungalow zone which unfortunately are few. They are about 50 bungalows. The majority of the houses are duplexes which come in plot sizes of 5,700 square metres. There is also the water front which is 10,200 square metre each per plot because the estate is facing the Warri water front. In addition to this, we have areas specially meant for schools and clinic. There is also a community park that is 55,000 square metres. We also have a police post, community club and shopping mall. All these are on going”, he noted.
