ENUGU – THE Ibeto Group has promised to go into alliance and partnership with the University of Nigeria, UNN, Nsukka, in the area of infrastructural and human development.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the group, Dr. Cletus Ibeto, announced this in an interview with newsmen shortly after receiving an honorary Doctorate degree in Business Administration, DBA, from the university at the weekend.

He explained that with the honour done him, the Ibeto Group would double its support to the growth and development of the university as well as contribute to its human development.

According to him, the group has in the past contributed to the development of the institution as well as offered scholarship to its students but with the award, the group had become a key stakeholder in the growth and development of the university.

He assured that as an ally of the university, the management can go to sleep and count on his support any time the need arises or his assistance is required.
